Art Dubai announces a new partnership with Piaget

Art Dubai announces a new partnership with Piaget, who will return to the fair in 2024 as Art Dubai’s exclusive high jewellery and watch partner.

Since its inception 150 years ago, Piaget has maintained a commitment to artistry and innovation, driven by its savoir-faire and mastery of craftsmanship.

Announcing the collaboration, our Executive Director Benedetta Ghione, said: “We are delighted to welcome Piaget to Art Dubai as our high jewellery and watch partner—an iconic brand that shares our vision for art, artistry, and excellence. With 150 years of rich heritage, this partnership with Piaget symbolises a blend of tradition and innovation, and we look forward to a long-term collaboration.”

Managing Director, Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey, Piaget, Petronille De Parseval, added, “At Art Dubai 2024, Piaget will present ‘The House of Gold’, an exhibition of high-end jewellery, watches, patrimony pieces and private collections. Alongside newly commissioned artworks, the exhibition will offer a comprehensive exploration of Piaget’s dedication to gold as both a material and an art form.”

The presentation will include the launch of a limited edition of Piaget’s Limelight Gala watch, reimagined by Emirati designer Shamsa Alabbar, offering a captivating reinterpretation of typography and Arabic graphic design through the sweeping curves of the iconic jewellery watch. The exhibition features a central textile embroidered installation by Saudi Arabian fashion designer and artist Razan Alazzouni, inspired by another version of the Limelight Gala, made of gold and ornamental stones in a bespoke booth, which will host workshops and other immersive experiences.
