Commissioned by the National Arts Council of Singapore for the Singapore Art Week, HORIZONS is a 24 hour virtual marathon programme that aims to widen latitudes – emotional, social, and geographical – and further horizontal, collaborative, sensual and interdisciplinary crossovers. Through the moments of the programme, seeds are planted for many possible futures. Ones that are global, human, connected, and filled by the new propositions of what is and can be.
