Albareh Art Gallery is one of the most reputable and established art galleries in Bahrain. For over a decade the gallery earned acclaim for its tradition of showing the work of established and emerging artists from the MENASA and Diaspora assembled in special exhibitions that explores historical and contemporary themes – ambitious projects that are intense, and innovative. Since its founding Albareh plays a central role in Bahrain’s cultural landscape and is pivotal for presenting and promoting local, regional and international modern Arab masters to contemporaries through carefully curated exhibitions in Bahrain, the GCC and regular art fairs in the region and overseas. Albareh’s principal focus is the representation of an international group of modern and contemporary artists whose unique work transcends the aesthetic and challenges the intellect in diverse practices including painting, drawing, sculpture, video, installation and photography. Albareh provides a wide range of services to its client base of private collectors, museums, architects, interior designers, art consultants, and other dealers. Many of the gallery’s artists are represented in public, corporate and private collections.
