This year our exhibition will encompass the works of different artists, covering different mediums: “Mélange des Genres”, which basically means a mix of media. With this exhibition Comptoir102 is proud to introduce to Dubai and the region the works of contemporary artists Naomi Katsu and Catherine Danou in collaboration with “Amélie Maison d’Art”. We will also be showcasing functional art pieces from ceramist Sophie Agullo whose work is like a love message to the Ocean, playing with sandy textures, mineral tones and wavy movements. And last but not least, the work from the incredibly talented Alexandra Senes, founder of Kilometre Paris, who creates fashion and home decor that are all hand embroidered and inspired by travels. Each of her pieces is a masterpiece, a work of art that pays tribute to travelled destinations. For this exhibition her work will be themed around Dubaï, with exclusive pieces especially curated for Comptoir 102.
