Statement:
As a visual artist, I feel strongly about documentation and the travelogue format. Documentation of travels via pictures and writings filter into my works. My process involves mark making, alterations, and experimental firings. Concepts are drawn from memory, landscape, movement, people, and their characteristics; expressed through textures, gestures and allegorical representations.
