Biography:
Rodin Hamidi was born in Tehran in 1983 and now works in Dubai.
He first obtained a diploma in cinematography from the School of
Contemporary Arts in Tehran. It was during his studies that he started
taking pictures of landscapes and people. He later graduated in photography
from the Azad University in Tehran. This was followed by a diploma in
digital filmmaking from SAE Institute, Dubai.
Statement:
He has had several exhibitions since 2003, mostly in Tehran. Most recently
he has exhibited his digital photography at XVA gallery in Dubai and creek
art fair (2008)
